I earned my Master's degree in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from Pennsylvania State University and have spent nearly a decade supporting young children and their families across a variety of settings — ABA clinics, in-home therapy, preschools, and private schools. Along the way, I've helped children build communication, play, social, adaptive, and pre-academic skills, while supporting families navigating challenging behavior that affects daily life and learning.
My ApprOach
My approach is grounded in the science of behavior analysis, but it's never one-size-fits-all. Development isn't always linear, and I adjust strategies and goals as children grow and change.
I believe the best learning happens through relationships. I prioritize building genuine connections, following each child's motivation, and creating learning opportunities that feel natural rather than forced. Instead of separating "therapy" from everyday life, I look for ways to teach through play and the moments families already share.
I also believe families know their children best. I work closely with caregivers so that every goal we set is relevant to daily life — and meaningful to the people who know and love that child most.
Outside of work, you can usually find me hiking with my dogs or spending time with my husband and two kids.
why I started Little Chats
When I moved to Orange County, I was surprised by how hard it was to find quality ABA care. One company had a six-month waitlist. Another was a large chain where I felt the quality of care just wasn't there.
I started Little Chats because I wanted families to have better access to care — and because I wanted the freedom to provide services my way. I was tired of the one-size-fits-all model and wanted the flexibility to build something that actually fit each family: fewer hours to work around a busy schedule, parent training only for a family whose insurance doesn't cover full ABA, whatever it takes to meet a family where they are.
