Meet The Team
Rebekah Ferrier is the founder of Little Chats and a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with over half a decade of experience working with children with developmental disabilities. Previously, she served as the Clinical Director for a non-profit ABA clinic in New Jersey, where she honed her leadership skills and commitment to quality care. Rebekah has provided ABA services in a variety of settings, including in-home therapy, clinics, and daycares, giving her a deep understanding of individualized care. She holds a master’s degree in special education and applied behavior analysis from Pennsylvania State University and has advanced expertise in working with very young children with autism. When she’s not working, she loves hiking with her dogs and spending quality time with her husband and daughter.

Our Approach
Little Chats was founded to be a place where every child feels seen and valued for who they truly are. Rebekah's vision was to create a space where children are not just supported but recognized for their unique strengths, with the belief that every child has the potential to grow, learn, and thrive.
As a small, in-home practice, we are committed to offering individualized care that meets the specific needs of each family. Our size allows us to work closely with families, providing the flexibility and support that larger systems may struggle to offer. Here, we strive to make each family feel heard, understood, and truly supported—never just another number.
Our approach is grounded in evidence-based practices that are both effective and sensitive to each child’s developmental stage. We believe that play is the best way to learn and incorporate our learners’ interests into sessions to create fun, engaging experiences. This play-based, developmentally appropriate approach ensures that children feel encouraged and inspired to grow, with the freedom to explore and build skills naturally. At Little Chats, we believe wholeheartedly in each child’s ability to learn and are dedicated to helping them grow through meaningful, joyful experiences.
